This workshop focuses on teaching techniques from a mix of krav-maga and other self-defense styles that can be trusted if you ever find yourself in a hostile situation. You will learn how to protect yourself from unexpected and dangerous situations in day-to-day life. 

The lesson starts with a warming up session to get your muscles fired up and ready to work. Then, you practice safely getting back up after falling, protecting yourself while escaping, defending yourself from one attacker and even from multiple attackers. You will come out of the lesson feeling more self-assured and satisfied from having a good and tough workout! 

Don’t miss this chance to boost your confidence and safety! 💥
